1. Rental Car Document for confirmation booking will usually be sent to you in 24-48 hours of receiving your booking, you need to provide us with complete document Flight Itinerary (Arrive & Depart), valid Driving License (Front & Back Side) or valid International Driving License and Passport Detail Page (For non-Malaysian Citizen); for booking not receive any notification after 48 hours can call directy for confirm with us your booking by phone call or email too.  
2. Deposit Requirement:
   Any car reservation must be included with Deposit MYR100.00 as a booking fees (Refund Time Car Return) once your order is approved and confirmed from our company. Full payment rental fees must be made upon receiving the car.

3. Calculation Term Car Rental:
   Online booking is calculated based on 48 hours basis rental only. Inquiry for one day rental just call us directly +60146888575 / +60168887348 for order or confirmation.
4. Mandatory Local Fees:
   Customers is responsible for all speeding tickets, parking & traffic summon fees and any related administrative costs.
5. Smoking Policy:
   All vehicles from QST Kuching Car Rental are designated as non-smoking car. if you violate the policy, QST Kuching Car Rental cleaning fee may be apply MYR100.00.
6. Cancellation Rental Car Policy:
   • FULLY PAID at the time of booking can be cancelled free of charge up to 48 hours before the start of the rental. 
   • Cancellation fees will never be greater than the cost of the actual car rental.
7. Extension of Rental:
   The notice must be given 24 hours in advance. Extension of date will be assumed as a new deal/rental. If another renter has already booked the same model during this time, the renter must return the rental car.
8. Provision of Cars:
   QST Kuching Car Rental reservations refused to lease the vehicle to any driver who does not fit, or does not comply with the relevant requirements of the rights of the driver. Therefore it will not cause your inconvenience and responsible travel, will not refund your losses and damages.
9. Vehicle Condition & Fuel:
   Upon return, the car has to be in the same condition and fuel balance when it was rented. Failing which, the renter will be liable for the cost of restoring the vehicle to it’s original condition.
10. Mechanical Repairs and Accident:
    • If the vehicle is involved in an accident, is damaged, breaks down, or requires repair or salvage, regardless of cause, the renter shall notify QST Kuching Car Rental of the full circumstances by telephone immediately.
    • If the vehicle is requires repair or replacement, the decision to supply another vehicle to the renter is under QST Kuching Car Rental sole discretion.
11. Collision Damage Waiver (CDW) – OPTIONAL to add on with 10% of total rental fees             In the event collision to the vehicle whereby damage to the vehicle is sustained, The Rental shall pay the Owner on damage the total costs. However, if the vehicle is operated in accordance with the terms and condition of rent the Renter’s liability for such damage. For more information about Terms CDW can request with us in chat.
12. Outstation Usage: The renter should inform us about the destination/usage area of the rental car when making the reservation if planning to use the car outside the Kuching and Kota Samarahan  Division (After area Serian or Muara Tuang).
